ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Almost all jobs will require an artwork preparation charge. The amount of that charge is determined by how much work it takes to get the artwork print ready. The better your incoming artwork, the less we need to charge to get it ready.
SCREEN PRINTING
Vector art is best, or raster (bitmap art) at 300 DPI created at the final print size or larger. Usable file formats are .PSD, .tif, .ai. JPEGS and .gifs are rarely usable as screen print art with out being recreated by our art department. If this is all technobabble to you, and we'll try to add to your confusion :).
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery digitizing is a programming process and can use almost any file as artwork. Jpegs work fine, as long as they are high enough resolution for the digitizer to see details.
PHOTO TRANSFERS
Photo Transfers are very forgiving, and can be almost any format, as long as the image is not too low of resolution. Small images taken from the internet are not usually usable.
CAD CUT VINYL
Vinyl cut logos and lettering require vector art.
